Compré un combi CN3513 y se ha roto el motor a los 2 años y medio, como está instalado en una vivienda que no es permanente tiene 6 meses de uso, después de casi dos semanas no me han dado presupuesto por escrito, me dicen que aproximadamente 300 € y garantía 3 meses, casi lo que cuesta uno nuevo con 2 años de garantía de otras marcas.
He escrito y hablado con el Servicio Técnico central de Barcelona y me remiten a la Ley de garantías que son 2 años. Con Zanussi sucedió algo similar en otra ocasión y me ofrecieron otro nuevo en conndiciones ventajosas.
Liebherr no responde ante situaciones excepcionales, Zanussi, sí.
Los tiradores de las puertas también se rompen con facilidad, mi hijo tiene otro y le ha sucedido.
