Fuerte, duradero, el que tenía actualmente me duró sobre 15 años trabajando día y noche, es un modelo WAP54G, no me puedo quejar, jamás tuve un aparato que me durase tanto tiempo trabajando

Opinión sobre mi Pedido #3110011 en Acuista.com:
He comprado el router WRT54GL y está en perfecto estado perfectamente embalado y funcionando todo correctamente, pero el problema es la llegada del router a su destio, mi casa...
El router tenía un plazo de entrega de menos de 72horas.... al quinto día después de hacer el pedido(el router lo enviaron por error a Santander) me llama la chica de la oficina de la empresa de transportes(Chrono Express-Santiago de Compostela-) y me dice que no encuentran mi casa que le haga un croquis de como llegar... le ofrezco las coordenadas GPS de la dirección de entrega pero me responde que en su empresa no son tan tecnológicos y que los transportistas no disponen de Navegador GPS asi que no me queda otra que indicarle como llegar y esto en horas de trabajo perdiendo 10 minutos con el jefe rondando cerca. En fin después de estas indicaciones no me llegó el paquete y al día siguiente veo que en el seguimiento del paquete pone Dirección incompleta (lo que es mentira la dirección estaba completa) y que no ha sido posible entregarlo, me pongo en contacto vía email con ACUISTA y me dicen que han hablado con la empresa de transportes( (Chrono Express-Santiago de Compostela-) y que antes de las 14:00 tendría el paquete en mi casa. A las 14:00 me llaman de Chrono Express y me dicen que el repartidor está enfermo (una escusa muy elaborada) y que no me lo pueden entregar ese día y me dicen que la única forma de tenerlo ese día es que lo valla a buscar a la central en Santiago de Compostela cosa que hice dado la incompetencia de la empresa de transportes ya que cada día tenían su escusa.
ACUISTA en todo momento me ha intentado mantener informado y asumieron la responsabilidad por haber suministrado el producto fuera de plazo y me explicaron que:
... en todo momento, la información que le hemos suministrado nos ha sido facilitada por la propia agencia de transporte que, lamentablemente, no ha cumplido ni con el plazo acordado ni con la información que nos suministraba.
DECIR QUE EL PRODUCTO QUE HE COMPRADO EN ACUISTA NO ME HE PAGADO LOS PORTES PORQUE TENÍA PORTES GRATIS.
