Hace una semana me compré una impresora Brother 5370DW en Acuista.com (pedido #1179131). El mejor precio encontré en Acuista.com, con bastante diferencia comparado con otras tiendas online.
Previamente envié varios e-mails con consultas y dudas los cuales siempre me contestaron rápido y amable. El momento que finalmente me decidí, conseguí aún un descuento de 5 euros por su publicidad en Facebook.
Una grata sorpresa fue el tiempo de entrega: el tiempo previsto era de 4 días, y al pagar por transferencia (no cobran gastos administrativos cuando pagas por transferencia) pensé que me iban a traer la impresora una semana más tarde por el rollo de los bancos, pero se ve que enviarles el justificante de la transferencia ya sirvó: dos días después ya tuve mi impresora, entregada en la puerta, por la mañana, tal y como indiqué en el pedido!
El servicio bien, el trato bien, la entrega perfecta y rápida y todo eso por el mejor precio!

Opinión sobre mi Pedido #1423667 en Acuista.com: Rigurosos, muy buena experiencia en mi primera compra. Antes de pasarles pedido visité las oficinas de Acuista. Fue mi segunda visita personal después de ver tienda de Venta a Distancia. Hice el pago por transferencia desde el extranjero, el 31-01-2011, recibí el bulto de 13 kg (Brother HL-5370DW printer) en casa el lunes siguiente, 07-01-2011 a primera hora de la mañana. Embalaje perfecto transporte por CronoExpres. Instalé dicha impresora a 4 metros del router, mediante la conexión WiFi y mando impresiones desde cualquier PC de mi casa. Instalación hecha siguiendo con rigor instrucciones del fabricante. Plazo entrega : el mismo que las tiendas de informática que nunca tienen stock (10 intentos). Precio incluído transporte 21 % menos que tarifa del fabricante sin transporte.
