Opinión sobre mi Pedido #1391347 en Acuista.com: Con mi anterior proveedor CENTROMAVI de material de oficina tuve una mala experiencia, esperé 1 mes mi pedido, figuraba que no habia pagado y no contestaban a las decenas de mails que envie. Finalmente llego el pedido 1 mes más tarde sin que desapareciera mi status de moroso ni contestaran un solo mensaje. El telefono era un FAX, en fin para olvidr.
Decidi cambiar, es mi segundo pedido a ACUISTA, no solo es más barato. Ayer Lunes recibi el pedido que realice el Viernes. Ha tardado menos de lo previsto.
No tiene peros, te responden a los mensajes en minutos e incluso te llaman por teléfono, son muy eficaces.
Si hubiera que ponerle un defecto (si es que los tuvieran) es que te envian demasiados mensajes de confirmación, nada menos que OCHO E-mails en 2 dias. Te queda bastante claro que todo va en marcha, pero los mensajes son casi identicos, quizás se pasan un poco. Pero mejor pasarse que no llegar...
