Acuista.com Pick-up Locations

In order to provide our customers a pick-up service for their orders at Acuista.com, we have reached an agreement with Mail Boxes Etcétera (MBE) stores network. The aim of this service is to offer our customers the possibility to pick-up their orders in the MBE store of their convenience.

- Acuista.com VIP customers can pay in cash at pickup.

How does the Acuista.com Pick-up Locations service work?

Simply choose "Pick-up Locations" when entering your shipping details in the basket. Then use the provided form to enter your postcode and the locations nearest to it will be displayed. Once a location has been selected, our system will show the fastest route from your address to that pickup location. This service has an additional handling fee of 7 euros + taxes (for the time being it is not possible to collect wines and liquors, neither large home appliances and televisions)

Cash on delivery

Acuista.com VIP clients can choose Cash on delivery as payment method. An additional handling fee of 3 euros + taxes will be applied when choosing this payment method.

Storage costs

In the event that the collection of the order at the pick-up location is delayed more than seven days from the date of the availability notification of the order, there will be a surcharge of 1.50 euros + taxes per each additional day.
