To request the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging with manuals, accessories and promotional items included if any. Upon receiving the product in our warehouse, and only after checking its condition, we will proceed to refund the amount using the method of payment used by the customer.
Returns of unsealed products will not be accepted. The client must check the compatibility and characteristics of the product BEFORE OPENING IT. The customer must ensure that the product meets his needs before opening the package.In all cases, provided that the customer requests the return within 14 working days after receiving the item, Acuista will reimburse the original invoice and return the Customer the full amount paid for the product and shipping. The cost of returning the purchased product will be borne by the Customer. The refund shall be paid within 5 days of receipt of the returned product
In the event that the returned product is not in perfect condition or does not arrive in its original packaging, Acuista may reject the return or will refund a percentage of the original amount paid by the customer.
The client must return the items as indicated, either by Postal Express or through a courier (UPS, DHL, NACEX, SEUR etc.), using a secure service with Internet tracking. Once a return has been authorized, the client must return the product and send us the corresponding tracking number within the next 3 working days. After this time the authorization will be canceled automatically. Acuista will not proceed with a refund until we have received the product in our warehouse.
