As explained in our General Terms and Conditions, a customer not satisfied with a purchase may return the purchased item within a maximum of 14 days period from the date of receipt, in accordance with the existing legislation. A return can also be requested for the repair or replacement of a faulty product within its warranty coverage period.

  • Personal details of the person who placed the order
  • Address where the product to return is currently located
  • Contact phone
  • Email for contact
  • Order number
  • Bill number
  • Article Code for which the return is requested

  • Equipment serial number (when requesting the return of faulty products)
