What is a Gift Voucher
A Gift Voucher is associated with a discount code that allows the recipient to make purchases on AcuistaEmpresas.com of any amount, without having to pay the corresponding face value amount.
How to buy Gift Voucher
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other product, simply visit the "Gift Vouchers" section. The code associated with the Gift Voucher will be generated once our Purchasing department has validated the payment and it will be emailed to the recipient's address specified by the buyer or the buyer's address.
In order to send Gift Vouchers to different email addresses it will be necessary to place different orders, one for every recipient.
Once a Gift Voucher has been added to the basket it won't be possible to add products from other categories, consequently it won't be possible to add Gift Vouchers to a basket containing products from other categories.
How to use a Gift Voucher
A Gift Voucher allows the recipient to make purchases on AcuistaEmpresas.com of any amount, without having to pay the corresponding face value amount.
Example 1, using a Gift Voucher worth 100 Eur in an order worth 350 Eur, we would only have to pay the reamining 250 Eur using using the method of payment that best suits us.
Example 2: using a Gift Voucher worth 100 Eur we could place an order worth 45 Eur without making any additional payment. In addition, we would still have a balance of 65 Eur for future purchases.
To use the Gift Voucher, beneficiaries will have to redeem the associated code in the last step of the purchasing process. If the amount of the Gift Voucher does not cover the total amount of the order, the purchaser will have to choose a payment method to pay remaining amount. If the value of the Gift Voucher is greater than the amount of the order, the purchaser will have to choose "Wire Transfer" as payment method to place the order order. The unused amount will remain available for future purchases.
The discount code associated with the Gift Voucher will be activated with its first redeem on AcuistaEmpresas.com and from that moment only the registered customer who has activated it will be able to use it again.

Dispatches
Most of the products in AcuistaEmpresas.com's catalogue will be directly despatched from the warehouses of our suppliers.
Delivery will be made by transport agency or by post. In no case will it be possible to arrange a delivery time in advance, since it is not BONACUISTA who contracts the transport agency. If not found at the address provided at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice or will contact the recipient prior to a second delivery attempt.
Should you notice any kind of defect in your goods at the time of delivery (or something is missing), please remember to POINT IT OUT to the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: Don't forget to thoroughly review the package you have received. Sometimes false bottom boxes are used to keep small products safe, like memory cards or memory modules. If you can not find your goods in the box you have received, please completely dismantle it before throwing it away, as products may be in a false bottom.
IMPORTANT: The carrier that will deliver your order has not been hired by BONACUISTA, but for our suppliers. Carriers will never be BONACUISTA employees and we can not guarantee that their service will meet our quality expectations. We invite you to point out any anomaly in the delivery service to demand our suppliers to meet the highest standards of service expected by both AcuistaEmpresas.com and its customers.
Your order invoice will not be sent together with the products in your order. You will receive your order invoice in your email in the next few days and it will be available for download in your account.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for the products in the basket will be added to the order total amount.
Due to the extent of our catalogue and the number of warehouses we work with it is not possible to establish stantard delivery rates for our shipments.
Total shipping costs will be displayed before placing the order request. They will be calculated based on the total product amount, the warehouse where the products are stored and the delivery address.

Shipping costs for most of our computing products, electronic devices and small-sized home appliances is 9,90€ (taxes included) no matter the quantity of products shipped.
Sometimes shipping costs might be higher and it will displayed in the product detail page.
Some products might enjoy free delivery. This promotion is only valid for orders to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. Products with free shipping are marked with a special seal. Please note that if other products are added to the basket, shipping costs for products not in promotion will be charged.
WARNING: Some products (large home appliances and other large products) CAN NOT be shipped to the Canary Islands. Our Customer Service Staff will contact you shortly if it's not possible to deliver your order.
You can also choose to pick up your order atour Barcelona office. Our customer service will let you know when the product is ready to pick-up. The shipping cost for a pick-up is the same as if your order is shipped to your house or office.. Shipping costs include the transport of the products from the warehouses to our office. It won't be possible to pick-up at our office electrical appliances or large-sized TVs.

The shipping cost for pick-up at our office is 9.90€ (taxes included) regardless of the number of products you decide to buy. AcuistaEmpresas.com Outlet is an exclusive club that organises campaign sales of refurbished second hand and in some cases, new items, from the best brands, with significant discounts on the original recommended retail price (MSRP) of the manufacturer.
AcuistaEmpresas.com Outlet is a private section for users that have signed up in it. An Acuista registered customer will only have to enter his email and password to sign up for the Outlet section.
Once a campaign begins, the customer will be able to directly buy on-line. Prices will be revealed once the campaign starts. Product details, available quantity and the discount that will be applied over the original price will always be displayed..
Number of units for sale is limited. Refurbished products are unique and its condition will be clearly detailed.
Each campaign is available for a limited time. If there is only one available product, the first costumer adding the product to the basket will block it for 15 minutes. This ensures that the order request can only be placed once. If the first costumer finally decides not buy the product, or placing the order takes longer than 15 minutes, the product will be once again available for purchase.
Likewise, products will be released if fraud in the selected method of payment is detected, or if the customer fails to wire the transfer within the following 48 hours after the completion of the order.

Recycling: Information on recycling of electrical and electronic devices
Nowadays most electrical and electronic appliances must be recycled under current regulations. Customers can carry the equipment to their nearest recycling collection point. The Autonomous Communities and local authorities ensure through their local systems for selective collection of waste.
Alternatively, as provided in Article 4 of Royal Decree 208/2005 of 25 February, on electrical and electronic equipment and waste management, Bonacuista BGS S.L. offers to its customers the possibility to handle the recycling of their discarded devices.
To do so, customers must personally deliver the products to be recycled at our office: "Gomis Street, 34-36, 3rd floor - 08023 - Barcelona". If the user is unable to personally deliver the products, he may proceed with the shipment of the product at its expense, so we can proceed with recycling.
Article 4. Delivery of waste electrical and electronic devices.
1. Users of electrical and electronic equipment at home must deliver them when they get rid of them, to be disposed properly. Delivery will be at least be free of charge for the last owner.
2. To this end, when the user purchases a new product equivalent to the discarded device or that performs the same functions, he may deliver the old one to the distributor in the moment of purchase, who will store it temporarily, provided it includes the essential components and does not include any other additional waste.
